Job description

  • AD Account and Group migration between domains.
  • Kofax Capture product administration and desktop client installation.
  • Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, hubย sites, communication sites, and team sites.
  • Create and maintain content types, site templates, lists, libraries, and PnP Searches to supportย business processes.
  • Manage document libraries, versioning, permissions, retention policies, and metadata.
  • Monitor and optimize SharePoint storage usage, request and configure storage increases whenย needed.
  • Implement and enforce governance and security best practices across M365/SharePointย environments.
  • Run and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and advanced administrationย tasks.
  • Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into SharePoint solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams integration.
  • Manage user access, groups, and permissions across M365 services.
  • Work with Microsoft support and vendors on escalated issues.
