Overview
The M365 Domain Administrator manages and maintains Cherokee Nation Health Services Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online. This role ensures the seamless operation, security, and optimization of M365 services to support communication, collaboration, and document management across the enterprise.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• An additional five (5) years of experience in a Microsoft 365 Administration. Experience providing technical support in healthcare environments preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
• M365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or related certifications preferred.

The employee must not be and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG's Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA's List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).TS
