M365 Administrator-Unified Communications

Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston offices. Preference will be given to current employees and candidates who reside within a commutable distance from our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo and Lewiston offices or who are willing to relocate.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or at least 5 years of related experience in Microsoft 365 administration and unified communications

Skills and Attributes:

  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online
  • Proficiency developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate administration, reporting, and operational tasks
  • Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and Microsoft 365 Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) configurations
  • Familiarity with Sharegate and Quest migration tools in Microsoft 365 environments
  • Knowledge of messaging-related technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, and IIS
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and Ansible for configuration management and automation preferred
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide timely updates to customers, team members, and management
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online - including mail flow, recipient management, permissions, policies, collaboration settings, and user troubleshooting
  • Monitor systems for alerts, review usage and activity reports, and take proactive action to ensure maximum system stability, service health, and availability
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate Microsoft 365 administration, reporting, migration, and operational tasks
  • Participate in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration efforts, supporting preparation, execution, validation, and user support across Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Teams workloads
  • Create and maintain technical, operational, and end-user documentation supporting Microsoft 365 services and related processes
  • Monitor the work queue for trouble tickets, perform troubleshooting and problem resolution, and provide timely status updates to ensure customer needs are met
  • Script, install, and configure patching and performance tuning in support of after-hours upgrades and maintenance, including system checkout after changes and outages

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure/certifications; and performance history.

Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $84,150-113,850, the full salary range is $79,000-129,000 and the bonus target is 10%.

North Dakota: The full salary range is $66,273 - 106,036.
