The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to be part of a dynamic and high performing team designing, implementing, and managing M365 GCC tenant. The candidate will be responsible for operational support and service delivery fulfilling customer/developer requests and troubleshooting complex incidents.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to test and deploy power platform updates.
• Provide end-to-end service support for SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Dynamics365.
• Design and configure Power Platform DLP policies.
• Power Platform environment life cycle management
• Manage Power BI environment and workspaces.
• Participate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability, security, and performance of the managed services.
• Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams.
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services.
• Communicate with the customer to keeping them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Ability to attain DHS EOD
  • BA + 12 years' applicable experience, AA + 14 years' applicable experience or 18 years' experience
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in supporting SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
  • Strong Communication Skills - be able to expresses key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in Architecture and designing solutions with Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on experience working on SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of M365 Collaboration services
  • Hands on experience with M365 PowerShell and automation
  • Microsoft Teams Voice and Conferencing experience is a plus
