Description:
PTC Microsoft Dynamics 365 & .NET Full Stack Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and/or participate in project teams supporting enterprise systems.
Gather requirements from user departments to support end-user needs.
Configure and maintain enterprise systems and resolve configuration issues.
Develop and maintain Business Process Procedures (BPPs) and related documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve system/process issues for end users.
Participate in end-user training.
Develop, execute, and validate test scripts and coordinate testing efforts.
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
Monitor systems and processes for optimization opportunities.
Review regulatory or operational changes and determine system impacts.
Support full application development lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
Minimum Experience & Skills:
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse (solutions, forms, views, security roles, business rules).
Experience building Power Apps (model-driven & canvas) and Power Automate flows.
Strong experience with plugins, custom workflow activities, Web API integrations, JavaScript, and PCF controls.
Experience applying ALM best practices, solution layering, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
Front-end development experience with React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3.
Experience integrating systems using OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, Azure AD, REST, and Microsoft Graph.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Dynamics Web Portals and real-time integrations (Logic Apps, CE & F&O).
Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations with third-party systems.
Experience enhancing Azure Chatbots / BOT Framework solutions.
Preferred Experience:
8+ years of enterprise system experience.
Experience in system configuration, technical support, testing, and documentation.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
Microsoft certifications are a plus.
