 Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Dynamics 365 ERP Consultant
Location: Remote with Travel (Client will cover travel expenses)
Duration: 3–6 Months Contract-to-Hire
Interview Mode: Video Interview
 
Role Summary:
The consultant will lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure ERP solutions, optimize operational processes, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong ERP implementation experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and process discovery sessions.
• Configure Business Central modules based on business needs.
• Support Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management processes.
• Perform business process analysis and recommend best-practice ERP solutions.
• Create functional design documents and workflow diagrams.
• Lead data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and reporting requirements.
• Provide post-production support and process improvement recommendations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with project managers, business users, and executive stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementation experience.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Business Central implementation projects.
