Senior Associate, Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant to our Federal Advisory practice. Location: Remote US Citizen clearable

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects involving strategy, implementation support, and optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Microsoft Dynamics D365 applications
  • Review and map Microsoft Dynamics business processes, communicate effectively with technical team to speak on system/environment architecture, development, integrations, and overall client requirements
  • Execute the day-to-day activities of Microsoft Dynamics D365 advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
  • Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application
  • Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Technical Lead consultant with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O or Trade & Logistics implementation and upgrade experience with strong client services orientation; accustomed to taking an active role in executing projects
  • Minimum of three full life cycle implementations with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O or Trade & Logistics as a Technical Lead or Consultant with a strong understanding of the D365 technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leverage including, but not limited to, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Machine Learning is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
  • Experience participating in Technical design/Architecture, integration, Data conversion and Development as well as Process alignment, detailed understanding of D365 System concepts and general module functionality
  • Detailed understanding of D365 processes and best practices with knowledge of recommended ISV's and how to include in project implementations
  • Ability to travel as required to support projects Initial project will be located in Albany, GA
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. citizenship
