Job description

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, device management, licensing, security, and access controls.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and automation of administrative processes.
  • Experience with identity federation and authentication technologies, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Conditional Access, and MFA.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and Managed Identities.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365, identity, device, and integration-related issues.
  • Intermediate written and spoken English is required.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
  • Manage identities, groups, licenses, administrative roles, authentication methods, and access policies.
  • Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and security baselines.
  • Automate user lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, reporting, and compliance workflows.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, Microsoft Graph integrations, Azure Automation Runbooks, Logic Apps, and Power Automate workflows.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Monitor service health, investigate incidents, and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration records.
  • Provide Google Workspace administration support where required.
