Job Description

As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for user administration, security management, and the implementation of new features to enhance our collaboration and productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 services.
  • Monitor system health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses across all Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Implement and manage security policies to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on Microsoft 365 applications and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates, and implement new functionalities as needed.
  • Document configurations and procedures for future reference and compliance purposes.
Skills & Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are highly desirable.
