We are looking for Microsoft Viva Glint SME for our client in Hanover, NJ

Job Title: Microsoft Viva Glint SME

Job Location: Hanover, NJ

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in employee engagement programs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Viva Glint or similar tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the enterprise listening strategy, annual/biannual census, pulse lifecycle surveys, and OKRs aligned to culture, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Establish governance for survey cadence, eligibility rules, anonymity thresholds, confidentiality, and data access.
  • Create Glint program playbooks, standards, and SLAs; manage stakeholder communications and change plans.
  • Configure Glint programs, audiences, schedules, notifications, question libraries, translations, and manager dashboards.
  • Partner with People Analytics to craft valid, reliable items and benchmarks; leverage Glint's engagement and inclusion indices where appropriate.
  • Run survey cycles end-to-end, targeting launch readiness, monitoring response rates, and closing windows on schedule.
  • Maintain the Glint-Entra ID Azure AD group mapping and HRIS feeds to ensure accurate hierarchy/manager rollups.
  • Own integrations across HRIS, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Entra ID, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and ticketing/OKR tools.
  • Manage data pipelines, eligibility demographics, hierarchies, encryption keys, and retention policies; partner with security on DLP/PII safeguards.
  • Build Power BI Glint dashboards for HR executives and managers; automate distribution and access control.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights, heatmaps, key drivers, driver analysis, cohort deep dives, and longitudinal trends.
  • Facilitate manager enablement training, nudges, action-planning workshops, and track follow-through on commitments.
  • Partner with HRBPs and COEs to connect insights to interventions, leadership development, recognition, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Stand up closed-loop mechanisms (e.g., post-action pulses) to measure impact and ROI.
  • Create communications, learning journeys, and Champions/Coach networks to boost participation and quality of actions.
  • Provide white-glove support to executives and people leaders during survey windows and readouts.
  • Continuously improve UX, response rates, and manager usage of Glint dashboards.
  • Administer licenses, environments, tenants, roles/permissions, and release management.
  • Maintain a runbook for incidents, access issues, sync failures, hierarchy mismatches, and lead root-cause analysis.
  • Track vendor roadmap, evaluate new Glint/Viva features, and pilot where beneficial.
