Job Title:ย Senior Learning & Enablement Consultant

Location: Remote

Long Term Contract

Role Overview:ย We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Learning & Enablement Consultantย to lead high-impact enablement initiatives supporting internal teams across product, sales, and customer success. This individual will design, deliver, and optimize learning experiences to accelerate onboarding, product readiness, and continuous enablement for a growing tech organization. This role is critical to the success of an enterprise-wide product enablement programย being launched to support major platform rollouts.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Execute Strategic Enablement Programs: Build and run end-to-end enablement initiatives tailored to internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support), with an emphasis on readiness for new product launches.
  • Learning & Instructional Design Expertise: Create engaging learning experiences grounded in learning theory, using techniques that increase retention and application in real-world workflows.
  • Own Learning Operations: Manage LMS platforms and internal tooling; define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness, adoption, and performance impact of the learning programs.
  • Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess enablement needs, develop role-based curricula, and align training to business goals.
  • Build Modular, Scalable Content: Produce and maintain scalable assets such as e-learning modules, job aids, video tutorials, certification paths, and train-the-trainer materials.
  • Drive Field Readiness: Lead initiatives that support fast onboarding, ongoing skill development, and customer-facing excellence.
  • Change Management & Communication: Help teams adopt new processes, tools, and messaging with clarity and confidence through targeted enablement support.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in Learning & Development, Sales/Customer Enablement, or similar strategic enablement roles
  • Proven success in designing and leading enterprise-level enablement programs
  • Strong understanding of instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles
  • Proficient in learning technologies (e.g., LMS, authoring tools.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
  • Experience working in SaaS, tech, or fast-paced product environments
  • Strong project management and performance analytics capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience launching enablement for enterprise-scale product rollouts
  • Exposure to Salesforce, customer onboarding, or GTM alignment
  • Background in change enablement, certifications, or internal communications
  • Familiarity with agile learning methodologies
