Remote Learning & Leadership Consultant

We're seeking experienced education professionals who are interested in applying those strengths in a flexible remote consulting role focused on leadership, professional development, and career conversations.
This opportunity is ideal for teachers, instructional leaders, trainers, academic professionals, and learning specialists looking to broaden their professional experience while working remotely within an established business framework.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Facilitate professional discussions focused on leadership, career development, and personal growth.
  • Connect with professionals using virtual communication platforms, including Zoom and LinkedIn.
  • Support individuals as they explore professional development opportunities.
  • Follow established systems, onboarding processes, and operational guidelines.
  • Manage your schedule independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen your consulting capabilities.

What We're Looking For
Successful applicants will typically have:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in education, learning and development, instructional leadership, or a related professional field.
