Objectives
Develop Trainees:
Foster a culture of continuous learning through effective training and coaching in both group and individual settings that is tailored to learner needs
Enhance Processes:
Support the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of learning programs while leveraging performance data to drive adjustments

Deliver measurable, data-driven results that align with business priorities and advance individual and team development

Collaborate with peers to achieve consistent outcomes, positively influence overall training effectiveness, and support Culture
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective in-person and virtual training programs to employees across various departments and at varying levels of the organization
  • Facilitate live and virtual training and coaching sessions, adapting methods to diverse learner needs
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training strategies to improve outcomes
  • Develop physical and digital training materials with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate training records and manage administrative tasks
  • Evaluate and improve training effectiveness through participant assessments, feedback, stakeholder reviews and performance data
  • Collaborate with leaders to align training initiatives with business priorities
  • Improve and update training content by applying best practices and industry trends
  • Use virtual meeting and collaboration tools proficiently and reliably, assisting others with troubleshooting
  • Participate in professional development and self-improvement initiatives sponsored by System Pavers
  • Complete tasks and special projects on time and with excellence
  • Manage time effectively to balance training, logistics, and administrative responsibilities
  • Travel up to 25% to deliver training and provide field support

Experience & Skills:
  • Experience in training and coaching roles for employees at all levels, from new hires to senior leadership
  • Business-to-consumer sales background preferred
  • Demonstrated use of ADDIE to create effective learning experiences
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage time, adapt to change, and work both independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency with virtual training tools and willingness to assist others with troubleshooting
  • Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is preferred

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role, and qualified applicants must be able to work in the U.S. legally without requiring a work visa.
This is a full-time, remote position. Salary range is between $59,000-$68,000 DOE + a discretionary bonus with health, dental, vision, life benefits & 401K.
