We are currently looking to hire an AI Workflow Intern (Fall 2026, Remote) to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, with a potential start date of September-December.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an AI-focused intern to support the identification, design, and implementation of automation solutions across business operations. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, workflow optimization, and workforce development research.

As part of a broader partnership between SVEEI and Concentric.io, this internship is not only a hands-on learning experience but also a structured research pilot. Interns will contribute to real-world business outcomes while documenting their work to inform future AI workforce training models.

This role will work cross-functionally with teams to analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design AI-powered solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude. The intern will build and deploy custom AI agents and prompt-based systems to streamline tasks such as document creation, data summarization, research, and templated communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in applying AI in real-world business settings and driving measurable productivity improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI & Workflow Development

  • Test, refine, and deploy AI use cases

Documentation & Research Contribution

  • Maintain a daily activity and progress log documenting:
      • Tasks completed

      • Challenges encountered
      • Solutions developed
      • Time saved or efficiency gained
  • Produce weekly reflection summaries capturing:
      • Key learnings
      • Workflow improvements
      • Observed the impact of AI integration
  • Contribute to a final internship report or presentation summarizing outcomes, insights, and recommendations
  • This documentation will directly inform SVEEI's research on AI workforce development and educational design.

Collaboration & Implementation

  • Work cross-functionally with team members to understand operational needs
  • Support the adoption of AI tools by documenting processes and training internal stakeholders
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally
