Position Summary:

The AI Enablement Communications & Adoption Intern will support enterprise AI adoption by helping translate AI initiatives, capabilities, and releases into clear, engaging employee communications and learning experiences. Working directly with the AI Enablement team, this role will support downstream communications, implementation and release readiness, internal branding, learning and development materials, and adoption campaigns for enterprise AI tools and solutions.

The intern will gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise AI transformation while helping employees understand what is changing, why it matters, how to use new AI capabilities, and where to go for support.

Position Responsibilities:

Support communications and adoption activities for enterprise AI initiatives, including Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, workflow automation, and other approved AI capabilities.

Develop employee-facing communications including launch announcements, newsletters, FAQs, quick-reference guides, presentations, SharePoint/Teams content, and adoption materials.

Assist with release and implementation communications, helping coordinate messaging before, during, and after AI solution launches.

Support internal AI Enablement branding and storytelling, including success stories, use-case spotlights, campaign materials, presentations, and employee engagement content.

Partner with AI Enablement, Talent Development, Communications, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders to develop lightweight learning and development materials, training content, office hours, demos, and educational sessions.

Help collect employee feedback and adoption insights and identify opportunities to improve communications, training, and the overall AI employee experience.

Support tracking and reporting of adoption measures such as participation, engagement, training completion, usage, feedback, and other success metrics.

Research emerging AI tools, adoption practices, communication approaches, and employee enablement trends and provide recommendations to the AI Enablement team.

Support additional AI Enablement initiatives, pilots, events, and special projects as needed.

Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging content.

Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, emerging technology, or the future of work.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Comfortable working collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

(Optional) Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar generative AI platforms.

Experience creating presentations, digital communications, training materials, videos, graphics, or other employee-facing content.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Copilot.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design/content creation platforms.

Coursework, internships, student organizations, or projects involving communications, change management, marketing, learning and development, or technology adoption.
