As a Sales Specialist - AI Workforce, you will lead the charge in driving AI transformation across enterprise customers by positioning Microsoft's AI Business Solutions-including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Cloud PC/Virtualization offerings-as strategic enablers of productivity and innovation. You will engage business decision makers through consultative selling, develop compelling business cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and value realization. This role empowers you to shape customer intent, build pipeline, and deliver measurable impact while deepening your expertise in AI sales motions and contributing to a high-performance, learning-driven culture.
To prepare for the role, you will be enrolled in the Early-in-Profession (EiP) Program. Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with business decision makers, helping customers understand how Microsoft AI solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents-can transform the way they work.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer business priorities, developing compelling business value and ROI cases, and guiding customers through their AI transformation journey.
  • Drive adoption and growth of Microsoft AI solutions by identifying opportunities to deliver measurable customer value and business outcomes.
  • Partner with technical specialists, engineering teams, customer success, and partner organizations to develop and execute end-to-end customer engagement and sales strategies.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through customer engagement, marketing programs, digital insights, and partner collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, pipeline, and customer engagement activities to support business goals and sales execution.
  • Collaborate across Microsoft solution areas-including AI, Security, Business Applications, Surface, Azure, and Modern Work-to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate customer success and achieve shared business objectives.
  • Demonstrate Microsoft's values by operating with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to ethical business practices while proactively identifying and managing risks.
  • Continuously develop expertise in AI, emerging technologies, and consultative selling to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications
Required / minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management work experience OR 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $27.60 - $51.49 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $37.26 - $54.76 per hour.
