TITLE – MICROSOFT AI CHATBOT DEVELOPER

LOCATION – RALEIGH, NC (ONSITE ONLY LOCALS)

DURATION – 12+ MONTHS

We have some urgent requirements with at least 5 years’ experience as Microsoft AI Chatbot Developer to design and build intelligent conversational agents using Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Azure. You'll build sophisticated chatbots that integrate Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems to enhance productivity for NCDOT users and customers.

MANDATORY – MUST HAVE:

  • Hands on Microsoft Power Platform development including deploying to solutions with environments.
  • Copilot Studio for creating chat-driven interfaces
  • Microsoft Power Automate for creating workflows across M365 and integrating with other systems
  • Microsoft Power Apps
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft 365
  • Building agents within and outside of SharePoint
  • Integrating chatbots with external services
  • Azure AI capabilities

Hands on experience working with non-Microsoft LLM platforms like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT
