Manager, Menu Operations

As the Manager, Menu Operations within Factor, you will serve as the technical and operational backbone of our menu planning ecosystem — owning the end-to-end automation strategy and tool suite that powers Factor’s ability to build accurate, scalable, and insight-driven menus. You will be the connective tissue across a complex network of cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that data flows seamlessly from concept to production. In this role, you will drive tool development, process automation, and performance intelligence that directly enables Factor’s position as a leading ready-to-eat meal provider.

  • Serve as the end-to-end owner and subject matter expert for the menu operations tool suite, ensuring existing tools are reliable, well-maintained, and tightly integrated so the planning ecosystem runs accurately and at scale
  • Partner cross-functionally as the primary technical and operational connector - scoping, prioritizing, and executing tool and process improvements that reduce manual effort and eliminate downstream error
  • Build and maintain tools that ensure data integrity and recipe health at scale, that surfaces timely, actionable results across menu planning workflows
  • Lead structured data reporting on product performance -  translating complex, multi-dimensional data into scalable, automated pipelines that surface actionable insights for stakeholders across the business
  • Champion a data-driven culture by embedding customer insights, product integrity standards, and operational feedback into tool design - advocating for decisions grounded in evidence and continuously raising the bar for how data is used across menu operations

You are…

  • Intellectually curious – You have an insatiable desire to understand how things work, why they work the way they do, and to consistently challenge the status quo
  • Detail-oriented – You possess strong organizational skills and consistently demonstrate a methodical approach to all your work
  • A self-starter – You are highly motivated and passionate. You’re eager to take on new projects without knowing exactly what you will uncover
  • Agile – You thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments and are comfortable working autonomously
  • An excellent communicator – able to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity and precision both written and verbal
  • Collaborative – Work cross functionally with various teams to gather key inputs, and able to work well with diverse opinions
  • Dedicated to providing the best possible experience for the Factor customer

At a minimum, you have...

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in project management, program management, or business-related function
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite applications
  • Experience with food and/or CPG products a plus
  • Success in collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Travel: <10%

You’ll get…

  • Competitive hourly rate, 401K company match that vests immediately upon participation, & team bonus opportunities
  • Generous PTO and flexible attendance policy
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment
  • Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_)
  • Access to Employee Resource Groups that are open to all employees, including those pertaining to BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven company that is disrupting the traditional food supply chain
