The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading culinary operations for a high-volume casino in Black Hawk, bringing hands-on kitchen leadership and culinary expertise to a dynamic, fast-paced gaming and dining environment. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and kitchen efficiency while supporting and developing a talented culinary team across all casino dining outlets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong culinary leader within a high-volume casino, hotel, or similar hospitality-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of food production, menu execution, food safety standards, and kitchen organization with the ability to maintain consistency and quality across all casino dining operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop culinary teams while supporting senior culinary leadership in driving operational excellence and financial performance
