What You’ll Do

  • Drive Membership Sales: 50+ outbound calls/day, high-energy tours, follow-ups, lead generation through community outreach and referrals.

  • Build Relationships & Retain Members: Guide new members through on-boarding, promote personal training, provide a supportive, welcoming experience.

  • Support Club Operations: Assist with admin, lead tracking, collaborate with the Club Director, maintain a professional environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities

  • Availability: Monday–Thursday, 11 AM – 6 PM; Friday 12 PM – 4 PM

Qualifications

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred

  • Comfortable making calls, sending follow-ups, and closing sales

  • Familiarity with CRM or club management software helpful

  • Positive attitude, teamwork skills
