Now hiring... Department Assistant for Cardiac Outpatient Recovery Unit
Full-time, Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm
 
Clerical duties and procedures relating to in-patient and outpatient paper flow, scheduling examinations and performs other related duties to ensure efficient and effective daily operations. Maintains a high level of initiative, dependability and motivation. Communicates effectively and exhibits sound judgment in patient safety and treats all individuals with professionalism and respect.
 
Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Supplementary commercial school/college course in typing, computer technology, and medical terminology are desirable. Six months experience as unit secretary, medical assistant or physician's receptionist preferred.
