To accomplish this, you process digital requests, complete appointment forms, make requests for medical records, and coordinate as required with a hospital. Medical appointment schedulers also add information to databases, update and purge databases as necessary, respond to inquiries about policies and procedures, help train new employees, and ensure special equipment or supplies are available as needed.
