Job description

Job Summary
The physician provides urology clinical care in both an outpatient and inpatient setting. Will follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within the Urology service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
Education

  • Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board certified or board eligible in urology.
Experience
  • Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred
Credentials
  • Current or ability to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical Licensure at the time of appointment. Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to Mon Health's section of urology.
