Role:Social Media Manager
Location:Remote
Duration: Long Term
Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Brand and Social media manager to lead strategy and tactical
execution for our BILL social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original
content (partnering with our internal creative team), developing a daily content calendar,
managing posts, and responding to followers (partnering with our Customer Experience team).
You will help to develop a social media strategy in partnership with the Brand Marketing
Director, and XFN marketing partners,, to help achieve our marketing goals of brand awareness,
follower engagement and growth.
Social Media Responsibilities
• Analyze customer engagement according to past social media activity
• Develop social media campaigns including writing creative brief, briefing creative teams, reviewing copy and
providing feedback on creative direction
• Develop XFN partnerships with other marketing leads
• Post social media content across all channels
• Engage with customers and followers
• Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout Social to monitor campaigns and
analyze data obtained
• Monitor Exec mentions and key audiences to ensure content remains on brand and
averts crisis comms
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Keep an eye on social media trends
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management, XFN
partners, and creative teams
Skills and Qualifications
• Experience as a social media manager. Minimum 5 years.
• Experience in creating social media strategies and campaigns
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Craft engaging content
• Organized and able to multitask
