Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, "always-entertaining" marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager, Embed to join our New York based TV & Streaming division. The Social Media Manager will work on some of the most popular shows in late night, managing their social channels, developing creative opportunities, supporting strategic campaigns, and engaging with the show's dedicated fanbase online. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a strong interest in television, pop culture, politics, and internet culture.
Your Impact
  • Create and manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns
  • Ideate social media content buckets and creative, with an emphasis on TikTok and short form video content
  • Strategize talent activations, sweepstakes/contests, and digital activations
  • Post content to all social media channels
  • Facilitate community management on all social media channels
  • Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign
  • Write creative copy aligned with brand voice and tone
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain the campaign's aesthetic 
  • Administer reporting and analytics
Your experience
  • Experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
  • Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
  • Prior experience working directly with high-profile talent is a plus
Your Availability
  • Must be available onsite in NYC
  • M-F: 9am-5pm EST
  • Regular nights & occasional weekends 
$66,300 - $72,500 a year
The salary range for this role is $66,300 - $72,500 per year and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
