We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Paid Media Manager who knows how to build high-performing campaigns across search, social, and display. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a sharp eye for the metrics that matter.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Test creatives, placements, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify top performers
  • Analyze campaign performance and make real-time optimizations and strategic recommendations
  • Lead media planning, forecasting, and cross-channel budget allocation
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to iterate on winning formulas

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution
  • Strong grasp of paid media KPIs: CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV, CAC
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, or programmatic DSPs
