The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing platform-specific strategies, collaborating with hosts and production teams, monitoring engagement, analyzing performance data, and optimizing resources to drive audience growth, engagement, and subscription conversions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each talent/show and for the company as a whole across all major platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams to create, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, Stories, Reels, Shorts, etc.), ensuring each piece aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

Work closely with hosts and show teams to amplify their personal brands and ensure authentic representation across channels.

Community Engagement: Monitor audience interactions, respond appropriately, and foster a vibrant, positive community.

Track key performance indicators, generate regular reports, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.

Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital trends to keep strategies fresh and innovative.

Support marketing and subscription growth initiatives with social media campaigns, launches, and promotional pushes.

Manage sensitive communications quickly and effectively to protect talent and brand reputation when necessary

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3-5+ years of professional social media management experience, preferably in a subscriber-based media setting.

At least 2 years of experience managing a cohesive social team.

Understanding of emotional storytelling, hooks, and what makes content go viral.

Exceptional understanding of social media platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Threads, with an eye toward new/emerging platforms).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content calendars and priorities simultaneously.

The ability to edit video and graphics for consumable social media.
