Responsibilities: - Develop and execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Test creatives, placements, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify top performers
- Analyze campaign performance and make real-time optimizations and strategic recommendations
- Lead media planning, forecasting, and cross-channel budget allocation
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to iterate on winning formulas
Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution
- Strong grasp of paid media KPIs: CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV, CAC
- Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, or programmatic DSPs
- Skilled in media planning tools, analytics dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Bonus: Experience managing six-figure budgets or working in agency environments
