Other duties include interacting with a community of users via the company’s social accounts. This is often an entry-level job, but most employers require educational qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience and skills with a specific type of media, such as social media or online advertising, are valuable to employers as well.

Job description

About IMG
Interior Marketing Group (IMG) is a founder-led interior design and staging company serving luxury real estate and ultra high net worth clientele. Led by Cheryl Eisen, IMG partners with brokers, developers, buyers, and celebrities to bring properties to life through interior design and staging, coupled with integrated marketing campaigns of branded events, press, social media, editorial photography, and more. With teams across New York, Los Angeles, and Florida, IMG has built a reputation as the "billionaire whisperers". IMG and its founder have built a strong presence in the media, appearing in top tier publications like Architectural Digest and Forbes, and on popular television shows on Netflix, Bravo, and NBC.
The Role
IMG is redefining how luxury real estate is experienced online, and this role sits at the center of that shift. The Social Media Associate turns our staged interiors and design work into AI-enhanced video content; populating empty rooms with photorealistic AI renderings so buyers can picture themselves in the space. This role will translate IMG's design craftsmanship into scroll-stopping, platform-native storytelling. This is an AI-first content role: you'll partner closely with the staging, design, and PR/marketing teams to keep IMG's social presence as elevated, consistent, and forward-leaning as the properties we stage. Success looks like a fast-moving, high-volume content engine that never sacrifices brand standard for speed.
Responsibilities
  • Transform static luxury interior photography into video that resonates
  • Adding AI-generated people to help audiences picture themselves in the space, golden-hour light streams, and other aesthetic AI treatments that elevate every listing
  • Develop social media content plans that are consistent with IMG's brand identity and luxury positioning across all platforms
  • Create and manage a high volume of daily social media posts, writing captions, editing content, and maintaining a publishing cadence across Instagram
  • Bring IMG's properties to life through luxury storytelling, crafting narrative content that reflects the brand's design standard and market positioning
  • Drive customer engagement through proactive communication to social media followers/audience
  • Plan and promote social media campaigns from concept through execution
  • Recommend adjustments to IMG's social media marketing strategy based on performance and platform trends, for optimal results
  • Stay current on best practices, emerging platform features, and new AI content tools, bringing fresh techniques back into IMG's content pipeline

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Higgsfield AI (or comparable AI video/image generation tools), and comfort prompting AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate content production.
  • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut for fast-turnaround content creation and editing.
  • Social media experience, including planning and managing content, in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without sacrificing brand standard.
  • Quick, efficient editing skills to support daily publishing demands.
  • Strong creative vision and an eye for luxury aesthetic and detail.

Preferred
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Buffer Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate social media performance.
  • Experience preparing monthly social media performance reports.
  • Experience with additional analytics software.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Must be able to operate a gimbal to film properties and events.
  • Experience with ElevenLabs or comparable AI voice/audio tools.
