Job description

Sentry is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Paid Media Specialist to join our performance-driven paid media team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our B2B e-commerce business line by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels.
What You'll Do

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will:

  • Lead the launch, execution, and optimization of strategically planned paid media campaigns specifically for our B2B e-commerce business line.

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across a diverse range of channels, including paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X), and programmatic advertising platforms.

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics and performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to refine campaign strategies and maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment of paid media efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the digital paid media landscape.

  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve performance targets.

  • Responsible for campaign performance and ROI growth.

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience in digital advertising or project management.
