Job description

About Us

Applecart is the leading technology company that C-suites rely on to reach business-critical decision makers. The most important decisions are made by the hardest people to reach and influence. Historically, C-suite leaders have lacked the tools to reach the stakeholders who matter most to their business. The C-suites of hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, major agencies, trade associations, nonprofits, and governments use Applecart to put their best content in front of business-critical decision makers and those they trust — from policymakers and investors to CEOs, key employees, members of the media and more. Decision makers are informed by what they read, learn from advisors, hear from colleagues, and discuss with family and friends. To break through to them, you must reach them through the only channel that really moves them: those they know and trust. Applecart's platform uses publicly available data to map billions of social relationships between nearly every American adult and enable clients to deliver content directly to decision makers and those who matter most to them.

We are hiring a Digital Media Associate in our New York City office.

About the Role:

As a Digital Media Associate, you will serve as a vital resource for the Client Services team in assisting with media planning and ad trafficking, as well as liaising with external media partners. In this role, you will support internal processes to maximize efficiency and significantly impact outcomes for advertising clients. In addition to your expertise in digital media planning and buying, you'll bring knowledge in trafficking on social platforms, programmatic channels, and exposure to client account management. Come join a talented team of advertising strategists, client associates, data scientists, and analysts who, together, drive outcomes for Applecart's high-profile clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with media planning and ad trafficking, collaborating with external media partners and internal teams
  • Act as a resource and support the Client Services team in sharing and codifying digital media best practices
  • Consult with Client Services managers and strategists to build media plans and manage digital advertising campaigns
  • Oversee trafficking requests, monitor pacing for live campaigns, and QA digital advertising campaigns
  • Traffic ad campaigns including building campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager

Experiences and Capabilities You Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience drafting media plans for digital advertising campaigns
  • Trafficking experience with programmatic and social platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Twitter Ads
  • Experience with client account management or working with campaign stakeholders
  • Track record of success in past project management roles
  • Passion for process improvement and experience and familiarity with client-facing presentations and reports
  • Vendor management experience
  • Exposure to custom-list targeting and an understanding of the nuances of reaching individuals 1 to 1 through digital advertising

This is a hybrid role. Work from home on Monday and Friday and in Applecart's New York City office Tuesday through Thursday.

Compensation:

Our compensation package consists of three components: (i) a base salary, (ii) annual cash bonus, and (iii) generous equity compensation.

The base salary range for this role is between $75,000-$95,000, based on the candidate's experience and skills relative to the requirements listed above. The salary range provided is exclusive of discretionary annual cash bonus and equity compensation. The salary range provided for this role is specific to candidates located in the New York City area.
