We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the paid advertising team. Team members in this position will have a hands-on role in crafting, executing, and measuring cutting-edge digital paid media strategies for clients ranging from political campaigns to nonprofit advocacy groups to corporate public affairs. What You Will Be Doing:

Client Management

  • Assist client leads with administrative components of account (e.g. agenda, notes, clips, project tracking).
  • Able to support projects and work streams, taking ownership of defined tasks and contributing to team deliverables.

Collaboration

  • Engages across teams and works respectfully and effectively with others.
  • Communicates effectively in 1:1 or small groups and can deliver presentations to small internal audiences.
  • Contributes to team learning by sharing knowledge with peers and supporting new team members. Provides direction to interns as needed.

Project & Time Management

  • Owns assigned tasks (e.g. updates trackers, meets deadlines without reminders, organizes documents for team sharing, and understands how work ladders up to the larger goal).
  • Meets deadlines set by client lead.

Strategy

  • Drafts content (e.g. presentations, emails, social content, and/or presentations) with little to no writing errors. Seeks feedback and incorporates it into written work.
  • Knows resources to use when gathering information and is resourceful in finding answers on their own.
  • Conducts research to support problem-solving and strategic goals, knowing when to escalate issues.

Paid Media

  • Executes media plans understanding the strategy and goals of the campaign. Flags performance issues or discrepancies to senior team members and supports optimization tasks as directed.
  • Sets up self-serve and managed service campaigns and makes adjustments as needed. Updates finance trackers.
  • Pulls data and creates reports for multiple clients with little to no edits needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in paid media strategy, planning, and/or execution, ideally in an in-house or agency setting. Internship experience considered.
  • Ability to see patterns in seas of data and passion for storytelling through digital analytics.
  • Familiarity with standard advertising audiences in the public affairs, advocacy, and political space
  • A resourceful, positive attitude and an eagerness to solve problems.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills fluency with Excel a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, energetic, detail-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.

We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of the working days in the month.

The salary range for this role is $58,500-62,000.
