Job description

The Daily Wire is seeking a Paid Media Associate to join our growing team and help drive subscriber growth across some of the largest advertising platforms in the world. You’ll start by building campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Microsoft, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and more—getting hands-on experience with real budgets and a fast feedback loop. As you master the platforms, you’ll take on more responsibility for account strategy, performance, and ultimately where we invest the next dollar. This is a an opportunity to learn the full paid media landscape quickly and build the foundation for a serious career in performance marketing.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Build and launch paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Microsoft, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other platforms.
  • Execute in-platform campaign setup, including audiences, bid strategies, budgets, creative, and troubleshooting.
  • Follow campaign build checklists and SOPs to ensure accurate, error-free launches.
  • Traffic and QA ads before launch, verifying targeting, tracking and UTMs, and creative rendering across placements.
  • Manage the intake, logging, and organization of new creative assets across paid media channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly against established KPIs, identifying and flagging performance anomalies.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with internal teams and platform partners to stay current on platform changes, best practices, and new opportunities.
  • Support recurring performance reporting for the paid media team and senior leadership.
Experience & Requirements
  • 0–1 years of professional experience; relevant internships, coursework, or hands-on experience are a plus, but not required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with comfort working with numbers and large data sets.
  • Eagerness to learn paid media platforms, reporting tools, and new software quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed processes and SOPs with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and keep projects moving.
  • Ability to take initial direction and develop into a confident, independent working style.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the professionalism to work effectively with internal stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, along with an interest in or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscape.
