Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Specialist role is a full time position responsible for assisting customers throughout the process of purchasing and owning their vehicle. You will be expected to build and maintain a positive relationship with each potential customer through effective communication, answering questions about the products and services the dealership offers with the purpose of making customers feel welcome and supported. You will be trained to use the systems we have in place to guide you through this process and to plan your day accordingly.

Automotive Sales Associate Responsibility Expectations:
  • Attend daily sales meetings with your team at 9 A.M.
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
  • Keep a positive mindset in order to effectively assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Be a team player, open minded, and open to change or direction from managers
  • Communicate to Sales Manager regarding objectives, reviews, customer communication, etc
  • Proper use of our CRM tool for all customer communications and notes
