BRG Communications is seeking a Paid Media Associate to support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients and digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career paid media professional looking to deepen platform expertise, gain exposure to integrated communications campaigns, and grow within a high-performing agency environment.

About the Role

The Paid Media Associate will work closely with BRGs Paid Media Specialist to help manage campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and ongoing account coordination. This role plays an important part in ensuring campaigns run efficiently while contributing to the performance and success of integrated client programs.

Campaigns may support healthcare organizations, associations, nonprofits, consumer brands, and mission-driven initiatives focused on improving health, wellness, safety, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow within a collaborative agency setting. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys balancing analytics, execution, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, and execution across paid media platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and emerging channels
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance while supporting ongoing optimizations
  • Pull campaign data and develop recurring reports for internal and client-facing use
  • Maintain organized tracking documents, budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables
  • Coordinate with media vendors and external partners as needed
  • Collaborate with internal account, creative, and strategy teams to support campaign execution and integrated communications initiatives
  • Help identify opportunities for audience targeting, optimization, and performance improvement
  • Support strategic planning and campaign recommendations across multiple client accounts
  • Stay informed on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging media opportunities


Qualifications

  • 12 years of hands-on paid media experience; agency experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with campaign analytics, reporting metrics, and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Looker Studio/Data Studio is a plus
  • Curious, coachable, proactive, and eager to continue building paid media expertise
