Job Overview:
The• Team seeks a Senior Media Associate to support paid social media efforts for a cloud services client. The ideal candidate sees the art and science it takes to engage consumers.
As the Senior Media Associate, you will be responsible for activating, managing and optimizing paid social campaigns. You will work with the team to help implement best practices, monitor the latest trends, and report on results that have tangible business impact to our clients. You should have an amazing attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and be able to take ownership over different projects and responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage and execute day to day paid media campaign strategy, maintaining budgets, building and executing campaigns, and monitoring campaign performance in support of client goals and innovation
  • Develop strong working relationships with vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test and learn opportunities
  • Analyze data to write insights and recommendations in media reports that will help inform client action
  • Identify the variables that can be optimized and execute optimization
  • Assist Senior Media Strategist and Media Director with creating media plans to achieve client goals, including audience planning across paid social and evaluating proposals from direct publisher partners
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google/YouTube

What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3+ years experience in social platform buying experience
  • Comfort navigating and building campaigns from the Ads Managers of at least 1-2 paid social platforms, or have relevant experience within other self-serve platforms
  • A demonstrated passion for and understanding of ad offerings and paid capabilities across Social Media vendors
  • An elevated mathematical/analytical aptitude with comfortability using Excel
  • Ability to pull reports from the platform ads manager to inform insights and build client-facing decks
  • Commitment to excellence - due diligence to ensure all projects are completed with a high level of quality, working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation

Base salary range: $75-85K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
