Can you make $500,000 a year in sales?

MCA Sales representatives can potentially earn $500,000 annually through high-volume sales, commissions, and bonuses, especially in industries with large deal sizes or aggressive sales targets. Achieving this level typically requires extensive experience, strong sales skills, a robust network, and often working in high-value markets or with complex products. Income varies widely based on performance, industry, and company compensation structures.

What are some typical challenges encountered in an MCA Sales role?

In an MCA Sales role, one common challenge is identifying and qualifying business owners who are a good fit for merchant cash advance solutions, as not every lead will translate into a successful deal. Additionally, professionals in this role must be adept at navigating an often-competitive marketplace and overcoming objections related to product misconceptions or alternative funding options. The fast-paced environment can require frequent multitasking, ongoing follow-up with prospects, and quick adaptation to changing sales strategies. However, with strong product knowledge and proactive communication, these challenges become opportunities to build trust and achieve sales success.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Mca Sales position, and why are they important?

To thrive as an MCA Sales professional, you need a solid understanding of financial products, especially merchant cash advances, along with proven sales experience or a relevant educational background. Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead generation tools, and basic financial analysis software is often required. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills help individuals excel in building trust with clients and closing deals. These skills and qualifications are vital for meeting sales targets, establishing long-term client relationships, and ensuring compliance within the financial services sector.

How much do MCA sales reps make?

MCA sales representatives typically earn between $40,000 and $70,000 annually, with compensation often including commissions and bonuses based on sales performance. Earnings can vary depending on experience, location, and sales volume, and some reps may earn higher with successful client acquisition and retention.

What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

In sales roles such as high-ticket closing or commission-based sales positions, it is possible to earn $4,000 or more weekly without a degree, especially with strong communication skills and experience. These jobs often rely on commissions, bonuses, or performance-based pay and may require training or certifications but typically do not mandate formal degrees.

What is MCA in sales?

MCA in sales typically refers to Merchant Cash Advances, a financing option where businesses receive a lump sum of capital in exchange for a percentage of future credit card sales. Sales professionals working with MCA providers often need knowledge of credit processing, financial analysis, and sales strategies to promote these funding solutions effectively.

What is an MCA Sales job?

An MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) Sales job involves selling cash advance products to small businesses in need of quick funding. Sales representatives identify potential clients, explain funding options, and facilitate the application process. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to close deals. Successful MCA sales professionals often work in high-paced environments and earn commissions based on performance.

Team Lead / Team Manager (MCA Experience Required)

High Rise Capital

Manhattan, NY • On-site

$20.25 - $22.50/hr

Full-time

Posted 25 days ago

Job description

Location: In-Person – New York Area
Compensation: Commission + Team Override (High Six-Figure to Seven-Figure Potential)

High Rise Capital is actively expanding and seeking an experienced MCA Team Lead / Team Manager to help build and scale a high-performance sales floor. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the MCA industry at a deep level and can both produce personally and elevate a team.

We are not looking for someone who simply manages spreadsheets — we want a leader who can control the room, drive energy, and step into deals when necessary to get them funded. The right candidate understands underwriting, lender appetite, stacking strategy, and how to position files correctly to maximize approvals.

This position requires someone who leads from the front. You must be comfortable opening deals, handling objections, structuring files, negotiating terms, and closing business — while also coaching reps to do the same at a high level.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of MCA sales representatives
• Run daily morning meetings and sales trainings
• Track and enforce KPIs (dials, talk time, submissions, approvals, fundings)
• Assist reps with deal structure and lender placement
• Jump on calls to help close or save deals when needed
• Maintain and grow lender relationships
• Create a competitive, high-accountability production culture

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 2+ years of direct MCA experience
• Proven record of personal monthly funding production
• Experience handling both clean paper and high-risk files
• Strong understanding of stacking, debt ratios, and underwriting logic
• Ability to open and close deals confidently
• Prior experience managing or mentoring reps preferred
• Comfortable handling large files, including 6- and 7-figure opportunities

Benefits

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who:

• Is competitive and production-driven
• Leads by example
• Can manage multiple personalities
• Thrives under pressure
• Wants to build a serious operation — not just collect a paycheck

Compensation & Opportunity

We offer a competitive base salary for proven managers, along with aggressive commissions on personal production and an override on total team volume. Performance-based bonuses and uncapped earning potential ensure that your income grows as your team scales.

For the right leader, this role represents a legitimate high six-figure to seven-figure opportunity based purely on performance and team development.

You will be operating out of our 12,000 square foot office with capacity for 120 seats. We provide the full infrastructure needed to win — dialer, CRM, data access, lender relationships, and operational support are all in place.

We also have two full-time in-house recruiters dedicated to building sales teams. We will actively help you scale your floor, although candidates who can bring experienced reps with them will have a strong advantage.

If you have real MCA experience and know how to run a sales floor while still closing your own business, we want to speak with you.

To apply, please submit your resume along with:

• Your average monthly production
• The number of reps you’ve managed
• The largest deal you have personally closed

Serious applicants only.
