Job description

Direct Sales Representative

We are seeking experienced, motivated Direct Sales Representatives with a background in door-to-door or canvassing lead generation to join our growing residential solar team! This is a W-2 position with benefits, offering high earning potential for self-driven sales professionals who want to be rewarded directly for performance.

If you thrive in face-to-face sales, are comfortable working in residential neighborhoods, and want to build a long-term career in solar, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood outreach
  • Schedule and conduct in-home solar consultations with homeowners
  • Educate homeowners on solar energy, system benefits, and available savings
  • Present pricing, financing options, and system solutions clearly and professionally
  • Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales process
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Previous door-to-door or canvassing lead generation experience (required)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check to qualify for a California in-home sales license (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • In-home sales or closing experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
