Job Description:

Position Summary:  

Follow standard operation procedures and good manufacturing practices to perform various processes, potentially using small tools, to manufacture medical devices in a clean room environment.

Essential / Key Job Responsibilities (including supervisory and/or fiscal):

  • Accurately complete Device History Records and associated paperwork
  • Assist with projects and qualifications concerning the process when needed
  • Communicate effectively/positively with co-workers
  • Enter batch information into database
  • Utilize small hand tools and/or precision devices to aid in the manufacturing process
  • Perform manufacturing operations with few errors (demonstrates high quality work)

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic math and English skills, both written and verbal, are required
  • Basic computer and software skills, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • We are looking for someone to assemble medical devices in a cleanroom setting.  The ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures. (see table below)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma preferred.  Equivalent work experience is acceptable.
  • Highly skilled in two main manufacturing processes.

Main manufacturing processes are defined as:

  • Pad Printing, Heat bonding, UV Curing, Laser welding, Catheter inspection, RF Welding, HLH, Vacuum lamination, Balloon blowing, Catheter annealing, PVA spraying, Split die lamination, Dip coating.
