Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Systems Coordinator to maintain the integrity of Metrics360, our proprietary sales and marketing reporting platform, along with related CRM and reporting systems. This role partners with Marketing, Sales, and Programming to ensure accurate data, support reporting processes, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain reliable business information across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with systems, maintaining accurate data, solving technical issues, and supporting the operational success of the Marketing and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities Systems & Data Management
  • Manage the day-to-day integrity of our proprietary Metrics360 dashboard data and supporting CRM and reporting systems.
  • Monitor, validate, and maintain accurate sales and marketing data across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure CRM records remain organized, complete, and compliant with company standards.
  • Audit data to identify missing, duplicate, or inaccurate information and maintain overall data integrity.
  • Support established data governance standards, SOPs, and reporting procedures.
Reporting & Process Support
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards.
  • Review reports for accuracy and resolve data discrepancies before distribution.
  • Track sales and marketing metrics, including campaign ROI, seminar performance, pipeline activity, and marketing spend.
  • Identify reporting inconsistencies and support reporting automation initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with data entry standards and assist users with reporting best practices.
Systems Support & Collaboration
  • Investigate reporting issues to determine whether they stem from user error, process gaps, or system functionality.
  • Document software issues and collaborate with Programming to troubleshoot and test enhancements.
  • Support CRM optimization, system integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Communicate reporting issues and system observations to stakeholders while supporting accurate operational reporting.
Requirements Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Data Management, Reporting, or a related operations role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data validation, and reporting.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, reporting systems, and dashboard maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate reporting issues and system findings effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, organization, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM optimization, marketing automation platforms, or business reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting data governance, process improvement, and system implementations.
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or revenue operations within financial services or another regulated industry.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if/when necessary.
  • Routine use of telephone and email.
  • Office-based role with potential travel to conferences, events, and satellite offices as needed.
