Ansell is looking for an Associate Territory Sales Manager - Industrial to join our team in GTA/Southwestern Ontario!

This role supports regional sales growth by partnering with Territory Managers and distributors to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and commercial initiatives. Contributes to expanding Ansell's market presence through distributor enablement, relationship building, opportunity development, and promotion of PPE solutions across key industrial markets. This developmental role provides hands-on experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, and distributor management while supporting regional growth objectives.

What your role will be?

  • Support Territory Managers and distributor partners to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and market development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor sales teams, providing product recommendations, pricing support, training, and enablement activities.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities through prospecting, lead management, and customer outreach across targeted industrial sectors.
  • Assist with customer presentations, product demonstrations, trials, safety assessments, and Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives.
  • Monitor territory performance, customer activity, market trends, and growth opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reports.
  • Support regional marketing campaigns, trade shows, industry events, and lead-generation activities to strengthen Ansell's market presence and drive business growth.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Industrial Distribution, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred. 

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Job Experience

  • 0-3 years of sales, business development, customer service, distributor support, industrial operations, or related commercial experience.
  • Internship, co-op, field sales, or industrial market experience is advantageous.
  • Experience working with distributors or industrial customers is preferred but not required. 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish credibility with customers and distributor partners.
  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation and customer engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms preferred.
