As an Account Manager, National Warranty, you will play a key role in developing and growing your territory by acting as a trusted business partner to automobile dealerships and supporting them in increasing their warranty sales.

What You'll Accomplish with Us

As an Account Manager, National Warranty, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new accounts through active prospecting and identifying growth opportunities by implementing tailored action plans for each client.
  • Planning and conducting regular dealership visits to build strong, long-lasting business relationships with owners, general managers, finance managers, and sales teams.
  • Training sales and finance teams on our products, programs, and best practices, while introducing new offerings, promotions, and available tools.
  • Supporting dealerships in growing their warranty sales to improve performance and warranty penetration.
  • Delivering outstanding after-sales service, responding promptly to partner needs, and collaborating with internal teams to provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Participating in various automotive industry events as required.
