This is a true relationship-focused sales position—you’ll develop new clients, earn their trust, and become their go-to partner for staffing and recruiting solutions. You’ll sell directly to HR, finance, and accounting leaders, helping them solve hiring challenges while you grow your own book of business.

From the first conversation to long-term account management, you’ll own the entire sales cycle and continue to strengthen client relationships long after placements are made.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow a pipeline through outbound sales, prospecting, and cold calling
  • Develop new business by connecting with decision-makers and uncovering hiring needs
  • Use a consultative approach to sell staffing and recruiting services to accounting, finance, and HR leaders
  • Manage the full sales process—from initial outreach to closing deals and expanding accounts
  • Strengthen relationships post-placement to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Stay connected with clients through phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
  • Become a trusted advisor who understands client needs and delivers solutions

Why Sales Professionals Thrive Here

  • 100% employee-owned (ESOP) – build wealth while you build your client base
  • Uncapped commission – your income grows with every relationship you develop
  • Competitive base salary + commission ($60K–$100K+ potential)
  • Hands-on training and ongoing sales development and coaching
  • Advancement path into senior sales or leadership roles
  • A culture that supports independence, accountability, and strong performance
  • National company with a close-knit, team-first environment

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, recruiting, or other client-facing roles (internships included)
  • Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building conversations
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to connect, influence, and earn trust
  • A natural ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Motivation to hit goals, close deals, and grow your income
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + uncapped commission (typical earnings $60,000–$100,000+)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – share in company success
  • Health, dental, vision, life insurance
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA) + commuter benefits
  • 4 weeks PTO + paid holidays
  • Hybrid schedule after initial training and on-boarding
