About the Job:

The Vertical Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new business and growing revenue within established enterprise accounts in the healthcare provider market.

You\'ll Be Responsible For:

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives by managing territory projections, developing sales plans, and executing activities that identify and capture revenue opportunities.
  • Developing and expanding relationships within assigned accounts to generate new business and increase customer value.
  • Managing customer retention strategies and account roadmaps to protect and grow base revenue.
  • Partnering closely with sales support, technical implementation, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Creating and executing effective account and territory plans aligned to business goals.
  • Engaging account decision-makers to understand business needs and uncover opportunities for expansion.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience selling software, data and analytics, or technology solutions to hospital systems or healthcare provider organizations, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive new business as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong understanding of hospital system or healthcare provider organization operations, internal workflows, and business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new client relationships while strengthening and expanding existing accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, opportunity pursuit, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Western U.S. location preferred; this is a remote position.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Colorado $98,500 - $183,000. Total Target Cash Range: $151,700 - $281,500.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $98,500 - $183,000, Total Target Cash Range: $151,700 - $281,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
