Marketing Specialist, Content Marketing Team

How does the role impact the organization?

The Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Content Marketing team and serves as a strategic partner to business lines, helping advance their objectives through effective content marketing.

The role supports the promotion of Raymond James Ltd.'s products and services and contributes to national campaigns aligned with firm-wide priorities.

Working with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners, this role develops high-quality content and manages projects using strong writing, coordination, and modern marketing tools, including AI.

What will your role be responsible for?

  • Partner with business lines to align content strategies with goals and priorities
  • Work with the Content Development Manager to ensure deliverables meet team priorities and organizational standards
  • Develop, write, and edit content across formats, including brochures, articles, social media, and intranet pages
  • Manage projects from planning through execution, including timelines and stakeholder coordination
  • Use project management and collaboration tools, including Asana, workback schedules, and the Microsoft Suite
  • Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Use performance insights to optimize content and improve outcomes

Additional Information

  • This role is based in Montreal, Quebec, and follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to work from the office 1-2 days per week.

Salary Range: $65,000 - 75,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
