Job description

Company Description

Techo-Bloc is a North American manufacturer and distributor with 9 production facilities and 15 distribution centers. We design and deliver hardscape products with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are a growing organization of 900+ employees built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Our environment is fast-paced, structured, and focused on execution. We value people who take ownership, solve problems, and contribute to making processes better every day.

Job Description

At Techo-Bloc, we don’t just sell hardscape products. We shape outdoor experiences, environments, and the way people live outside.

We’re looking for a Brand Storytelling & Content Manager to help define the next era of our brand.

This role is for someone who thinks like an editor, sees stories before others do, understands culture, design, and aesthetics, and knows how to turn ideas into meaningful content ecosystems across every platform.

You will lead the development of our storytelling strategy across launches, campaigns, trends, events, catalogs, video, social media, web, and experiential initiatives. From identifying the right narrative angles to building the right production approach and guiding execution across teams, you’ll help create a more editorial, elevated, and emotionally engaging brand presence.

You’ll work closely with creative, social, video, merchandising, product marketing, and leadership teams to ensure every brand touchpoint feels intentional, cohesive, and culturally relevant.

Success in this role is not measured by the volume of content produced, but by your ability to create stories that strengthen brand perception, deepen audience connection, and make Techo-Bloc culturally relevant across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Own

Brand Storytelling Strategy

  • Develop compelling storytelling angles tied to products, trends, launches, designers, contractors, homeowners, and outdoor living culture.
  • Build seasonal and annual content narratives that connect across channels.
  • Help establish Techo-Bloc as a leading lifestyle and design brand within the outdoor living category through stronger storytelling, cultural relevance, and editorial thinking.
  • Translate business objectives into stories people actually care about.

Editorial & Content Direction

  • Lead the planning and coordination of content ecosystems across: Social media, Video, Campaigns, Website, Catalogs, Events, Product launches, Email marketing, Sales tools, Experiential initiatives
  • You’ll help shape the narrative, creative direction, messaging, and content structure behind key brand moments — ensuring every story has a clear angle, purpose, and point of view.

Media & Production Leadership

  • Build, lead and guide the media team to bring stories to life with consistency, quality, and creative ambition.
  • Dispatch and coordinate content production across internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, creators, editors, agencies, stylists, and creative teams.
  • Identify the right people, partners, and production approach needed for each story.
  • Help strengthen the team’s capabilities by identifying gaps, improving workflows, and supporting future hiring needs.
  • Ensure content is delivered with a high level of taste, strategic purpose, and brand consistency.

Trend & Cultural Insight

  • Stay deeply connected to trends in design, architecture, fashion, luxury branding, hospitality, lifestyle media, digital storytelling, and emerging content formats.
  • Bring forward new ideas, formats, collaborations, partnerships, and storytelling opportunities.
  • Help Techo-Bloc show up with stronger cultural relevance across its content and brand experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • You’ll help unify storytelling across all brand touchpoints so our content feels connected, intentional, and unmistakably Techo-Bloc.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Events, Sales, Merchandising & Web teams.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in editorial storytelling, content strategy, brand publishing, creative campaigns, media, or content production.
  • High standards, taste level and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Ability to identify stories, shape narratives, and move ideas from concept to execution.
  • Experience leading creative productions and multi-platform content initiatives.
  • Experience guiding internal teams, freelancers, agencies, creators, or production partners.
  • Strong understanding of social content, modern media consumption, and brand building.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing at a high level.
  • Experience in luxury, design, architecture, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, or culture-driven brands.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align creative, marketing, and business teams around a clear story.

Why Join Techo-Bloc
