Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) gestionnaire marketing bilingue qui prendra en charge trois volets cles du marketing : le marketing produit, le marketing de contenu et le marketing de campagnes. L'objectif principal du role est de contribuer a la generation de leads qualifies grace a des messages produits clairs, du contenu marketing solide et des outils de campagne cibles.

Il s'agit d'un role pratique et concret, ideal pour une personne creative, a l'aise avec la technologie et dotee d'un bon sens des affaires, capable de transformer des solutions techniques en valeur d'affaires convaincante et de produire des livrables marketing qui soutiennent la croissance du pipeline.


Principales responsabilites

  • Prendre en charge les activites de marketing produit, notamment les messages, le positionnement, les propositions de valeur, les fiches produits et les recits de solutions.
  • Traduire les capacites techniques en valeur d'affaires claire pour les personas acheteurs et les decideurs.
  • Creer et ameliorer du contenu marketing, notamment des textes pour le site Web, des articles de blogue, des etudes de cas, des fiches d'une page, des brochures, des presentations, des courriels, des fiches produits et des outils d'aide a la vente.
  • Soutenir le marketing de campagnes en developpant les messages de campagne, les textes de pages d'atterrissage, les courriels, les outils promotionnels et le contenu contribuant a generer des leads qualifies.
  • Utiliser du contenu et des outils de campagne orientes AEO/SEO afin d'ameliorer la visibilite, l'engagement et la capture de leads.
  • Assurer la coherence des messages, du ton et de la marque dans les documents destines aux clients.
  • Collaborer a d'autres projets marketing et ventes ponctuels.


Exigences cles

  • De 4 a 6 ans d'experience en marketing B2B technologique, idealement dans un environnement SaaS, services geres, telecommunications ou autre environnement similaire.
  • Experience en marketing produit, marketing de contenu et marketing de campagnes, avec un lien clair avec la generation de leads et le soutien au pipeline.
  • Excellentes competences en redaction et en revision pour des publics d'affaires et techniques.
  • Solides competences en gestion de projets et aisance a gerer des priorites changeantes.
  • Experience avec des outils tels que HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 ou des plateformes similaires.
  • Bilinguisme en francais et en anglais, avec la capacite de rediger, reviser et collaborer dans les deux langues, puisque nous avons des clients a travers l'Amerique du Nord.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a bilingual Marketing Manager to own three clear areas of marketing: product marketing, content marketing, and campaign marketing. The ultimate goal of the role is to help generate qualified leads by creating clear product messaging, strong marketing content, and focused campaign materials.


This is a hands-on role for a creative, tech-forward person with strong business acumen who can translate technical solutions into compelling business value and create marketing deliverables that support pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing activities, including messaging, positioning, value propositions, product briefs, and solution narratives.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, business-focused value for buyer personas and decision-makers.
  • Create and improve marketing content such as website copy, blog articles, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, presentations, emails, product briefs, and sales tools.
  • Support campaign marketing by developing campaign messaging, landing page copy, emails, promotional assets, and content that helps generate qualified leads.
  • Use SEO/AEO-informed content and campaign materials to improve visibility, engagement, and lead capture.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand across customer-facing materials.
  • Collaborate on other ad-hoc marketing and sales-related projects.


Key Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of B2B technology marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, managed services, telecommunications, or a similar environment.
  • Experience in product marketing, content marketing, and campaign marketing, with a clear connection to lead generation and pipeline support.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for business and technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort managing shifting priorities.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to write, edit, and collaborate in both languages, as we have clients across North America.
