Job description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media and Content Manager to lead content development and social media strategy for TCS across North America. This role will be responsible for elevating TCS brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting business growth through impactful storytelling and data-driven digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 810 years of experience in content strategy, social media leadership, and digital marketing within a global, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with NA marketing priorities
  • Create thought leadership, campaign content, and executive messaging
  • Manage TCS' social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
  • Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Develop editorial calendars aligned to campaigns and events
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Remain up to date on relevant social media, industry, and societal trends and use them to develop innovative and timely campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improving future metrics

Qualifications
  • 810 years' experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sprinklr, or similar tools
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
