Position Overview
Dude Perfect is seeking an experienced Manager, Content Creator Development to help source and shape the future on-camera talent in the Dude Perfect ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a strong people reader and talent scout who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. They have a natural instinct for on-camera presence, chemistry, and audience connection, and they know how to give clear, constructive feedback without stifling creativity. This person is both intuitive and grounded, able to balance creative potential with practical judgment when making talent-based decisions.
The Manager, Content Creator Development will initially report directly to Dude Perfect's Chief Content Officer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the on-camera development pipeline, from early identification through recurring integration.
  • Identify emerging talent across collaborators, internal creators, and external prospects.
  • Lead talent testing initiatives, including trial appearances and pilots.
  • Evaluate talent performance based on on-camera presence, chemistry, reliability, and audience response.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to talent to support growth.
  • Partner with producers to shape long-term talent strategy and contributor planning.
  • Participate in high-level creative and production conversations to ensure talent decisions align with format needs and brand direction.
  • Support the thoughtful sustainable integration of new talent into the Dude Perfect ecosystem.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, development, and strategy, ideally within entertainment, media, sports, or creator-driven businesses
  • Strong understanding of on-camera performance and personality-driven content.
  • Experience working with creators, performers, and/or talent in a development capacity.
  • Ability to assess creative potential while balancing practical production considerations.
  • Comfortable giving direct, actionable feedback in creative environments.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities under pressure.
  • Clear, professional communicator who can give direct, constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with YouTube and creator content.
