Role Overview:

Seeking a Social Media Manager to lead organic social strategy, oversee day-to-day channel management, and develop engaging social content. The role partners with cross-functional teams to create social-first campaigns, optimize performance, and implement scalable processes using analytics and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day organic social media channels.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business priorities.
  • Identify relevant trends and create social-first partnership and brand concepts.
  • Report on organic social performance using platform-native and third-party analytics tools.
  • Manage social publishing tools and vendor relationships.
  • Build AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with analytics, marketing, product, and creative teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of social media management experience.
  • Experience with Sprinklr, Canva, CapCut, and native platform tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with social performance reporting experience.
  • Content production experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Creative production or video experience.
  • Experience automating social processes with AI.
  • Consumer technology, marketplace, or app-first business experience.
  • Paid media experience.
